I recently helped a couple move up to a bigger home.  With their search for a new home, I qualified them with a recent credit report.  When they found a home and I was ready to submit the loan I pulled a new report and discovered there was  a medical collection that dropped the score almost 100 points!!  This prevented the borrower from qualifying for the best rate on their 30 year fixed rate mortgage.  Over the life of the loan this would have cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars!!

I knew right away they needed credit repair.  Their loan was approved based on the higher score, and I immediately helped them with the credit repair they needed.  After following expert advice the medical collection was removed from the credit report.  As soon as I was able to confirm this I pulled a new report and was happy to see the score went up almost 100 points!  I was able to close the loan they originally wanted and saved them a huge sum of money.

I believe in credit repair because I see how it can help my clients, first hand!
